EMBASSY TOWER - COMMON AREA UPGRADE

Working closely with Studio Brink and CBRE, TS Maas updated the interior finish with a lighting upgrade to the building amenity spaces including: two-story lobby space, elevator lobbies and restrooms on the first three floors of the building. The team overcame numerous logistics obstacles associated with renovating these common area spaces while keeping them open for building tenants and visitors.
