We understand that construction work in healthcare environments is drastically different from other types of construction work.   Owner, Jeff Maas has successfully completed over 100,000 square feet of healthcare and laboratory work. That experience has brought us the knowledge that constructing healthcare environments, especially occupied ones, takes a special set of skills.  Cleanliness, noise disruption, and confidentiality can be more important than cost and speed.

Our company understands that the most important thing to you is the safety and satisfaction of your patients and their families. We make sure the entire project team knows that they need to be discreet, professional and courteous when they are guests in your space.

We are members of ASHE and have been certified in their Healthcare Construction and Infection Control programs.  This training has given us inside detail of how you may operate, and what we need to do to work within those parameters. This includes:

• Controlling dust and airborne particles
• Limiting noise and vibrations to certain times of the day
• Providing interim life safety procedures to ensure the safety of your employees, patients and their visitors
• Communicating as much specific information to you as possible
